Swords = 15-22
Axes = 6-28 Hammers = 19-35 Bows = 15-28 Bow Specifications Wands/Staves = 11-22 there's about a thousand ways to make money in this game. I'm not sure what the economy is like after the most recent update but I'm sure it's still the same. Farming is always big, material trading is big, exploiting the vendors is big, just keep playing you don't need money to play this game. |

I think:
Swords are 15 -22 Axes are 6 - 28 Hammers are 16 - 35 Bows are 15-28 Probably off on a few of these numbers.. no one's perfect. As for the money issue. Short of illegally buying off of eBay, just massive farming for gold and items, and selling the items. It's really the only way. And of course thems 'solo' farmers get it at a much faster rate... Other Edit: Oy, some people will challenge anything. Legal or not (I say not) it's still WRONG = Fact not Fiction. Last edited by Teklord; Sep 13, 2005 at 05:10 PM // 17:10.. Reason: Axes 16? lol "illegal" is a strong term. it might violate the EULA but it is not "illegal" in other words yo might lose your account but you are not going to jail

One of the easier ways you can earn money is to salvage EVERYTHING you pickup while on your adventures. You can then sell these items while in town for a descent amount, just go to the material traders and find out the value of something and offer it for sale just a little cheaper and you will more than likely get rid of it quickly.
Just be sure to use the "trade" tab and don't spam everyone in the town with your items for sale. I didn't have that much money until I found a superior vigor rune outside the war camp, now I am at least 30k richer and my new mesmer has a sexy new outfit from drok's Best of luck to you! |

true, but its frowned on....like cheating in a multiplayer game like Unreal or Halo or a race game like burnout.
i hear some multiplayer x-box groups kick you if you cheated to get the best cars and stuff in burnout games, since you didnt have to *work* to get them like the rest of the players in the set did.... Aurelian, i sugest you try looking for the collectors armours and items. since your killing the critters to get from a>>>>b or gain exp anyway, why not make use of their carcases or drops? theres a section of the forum that tells of most of the collectors for stuff, and also, i sugest... salvage basic white items, then sell the materials back to the mat trader (one in each main town, like lions arch, ascalon ect. anything on the map that has a tower in its icon..i think its a tower, at least) sell blue items that you cant use for any of your characters. ether keep to use or salvage your purple or gold items, since most of the time, people want the upgrades more than the items, and you can still upgrade good blue stuff like some of the collectors wepons. wouldnt bother selling your dyes now by shouting, unless its black, and then its probably faster to sell to dye trader..assuming you dont want black armour ^^ and...do the quests not only do you get stuff, you can get skills free that way, saving the gold and skill points for more usefull stuff like signets of capture ^^ Edit...farming is going over an area over and over again becuse the drops are good. casual farming, as in clearing an area once or perhaps having a fave area to just kill a few fave mobs, the gem peeps dont seem to mind...but constantly going over the same instance map over and over, rinse, repeat ect, they get anoyed about...its why they fixed a few things in the underworld, for one... *see complaints of Nerff....not to be mixed up with soft toy guns ect* Last edited by Rayea; Sep 13, 2005 at 05:19 PM // 17:19.. |

i find it quite funny how some weapons have damages like this:
Swords = 15-21 Axes = 6-27 Hammers = 19-34 Bows = 15-27 Wands/Staves = 11-21 why did they even include these one less to max damage? lmao pretty stupid |

because anyone with a brain will take a 15-21 +15>50 sword for 5K over 15-22 +15>50 for 100K....and ArenaNet knew that would happen. |

PvE is the typical roleplaying enviroment. PvE=player vs. enviroment, actually. So when you're playing anywhere in GW that's not a pvp arena, it's pve.

PvE is basically player versus environment, with PvP being player versus player.

PvE is Player vs. Enemy, otherwise the Roleplaying side of the game.
